Did you lose a little pussy-cat? We are looking for the owners of a young healthy long hair female or male tabby cat. We’ve been seeing this cat around our yard for some weeks now and it looks like it’s staying underneath our porch. It doesn’t have a collar and still has claws. It is very playful and affectionate.It needs a bath and grooming. If unclaimed it will most probably end up at the SPCA or some shelter because we cannot keep an outdoor cat. If this is your cat or you know who lost it please send an email to us through this website!
UPDATE
Well it turns out this isn't a lost cat after all! This turns out to be a lovely Maine Coon purebred cat who was owned by a dear lady on Oak street who had to give up the cat when she moved into the Manoir Knowlton, a home for the elderly in Knowlton. The woman had given the lovely cat to a neighbour and this wiley cat decided that Spring was a good time to roam the neighborhood and when we saw him taking up residence under our porch we assumed he was lost!
We call him Leo! He loves to climb trees and hunt and play with his new friend Sassy! Here is a video of them together; pussy-cat friends for the Summer of 2008.
