Do not miss the Sugaring Off benefit dinner at the Knowlton Pub APril 20 2013. All proceeds go to the Canada Day Committee to help with the July 1st Canada Day Celebrations. The buffet is from12 noon to 7 PM.

There will be a silent auction and a buffet style traditional Spring Sugar Shack menu...you know: Maple Syrup and pancakes and beans and fried piggy ears and sausages and scrambled eggs! The Spring ritual of Quebec!!

Tickets are only $20 for adults and $12 for children.
