Knowlton is hosting the beach party of the 2014 summer! Super beach party with sandcastles!

Friday, Saturday and Sunday, August 8, 9, 10

 Aloha! Shops, Cafes and Restaurants area looking forward to having you come and take part in a festive and fun weekend that everyone will enjoy!

 A wonderful mid-season sale will take place over the whole weekend in town.
 The Internationally renowned sculptor, Stephane Robert will be here on Friday, Saturday and Sunday to blow you away with his incredible sand sculpture designs; recreating the historic buildings of Knowlton, all made in sand! This incredible event will take place on Lakeside road near the Coldbrook Park.

 Mr. Robert will also offer several workshops where participants can learn to create sand sculptures of their own.
 All of this will take place in a beach party atmosphere, with music being played in the village and giant beach balls in Coldbrook park!
 Here is the weekend schedule:

 Friday, August 8

 Radio Announcer, Marie-Eve from the station M105 will be on site around 1pm inviting listeners and tourists and residents alike to come a watch Stephane as he creates his huge sand sculpture.
 The mid-season sales will be happening in the stores.
   
Saturday and Sunday, August 9 & 10

 Marie-Eve will invite listeners to come and admire what has been created by Stephane: a beautiful sand sculpture of the historic village of Knowlton. Those who were lucky enough to be chosen to take part in the sand sculpture contest will participate in workshops to create their own masterpieces in sand.

 The workshops will take place at 11am, 1 p.m. and 2:30 pm.

 Sales will be happening in the shops and boutiques.

 Music will start around 3pm.
